Pilatser shelving systems are famous for their flexibility. Sugatsune’s pilasters are adjustable in increments of 20 and 22 inches, providing great adjustability for your shelving. You can clip in your shelf support at whatever height along the shelf standards, giving you effortless control of your heights. If you need more space below or above a shelf, you have to lift off the shelf and move the supports.

Sugatsune offers two broad types of narrow and regular pilaster shelf standards. The first type is mortise-mounted to attain a flush finish with the wall. The second one has a thin 3 mm profile, making it ideal for surface mounting. Both shelf standards can be easily cut to your desired length, facilitating easy customizability.

Also, it’s common for the shelf supports of pilaster shelving systems to fall off due to vibrations or regular movement. Sugatsune developed shelf standards with innovative slot shapes to address this issue and firmly hold the supports. The standards also have a few concave slots to guide your installation. In particular, you fit the pilaster shelf standards with the concave facing upwards.
